Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must include the original receipt/packing slip, and in the original packaging with free gifts or promotions included. The sender is responsible for all shipping charges. Unopened merchandise with all original packaging may be exchanged or returned for a full refund to your credit card, less shipping charges. Opened merchandise will receive a credit, exchanged for other products. There are no refunds for opened merchandise (unless it is damaged) including MP3 and document downloads. All refunds will be issued to the card the original purchase was charged to or a check will be issued at the discretion of the merchant.
